Bye conditions for each division:
Division A:
No half-point byes will be given as it is a round-robin. Please ensure you can commit to all nine weeks of the event before entering to minimise forfeits. It is acceptable if you have to forfeit a game due to unforeseen circumstances, however. However, depending on the circumstance, you may have conditions imposed upon in future Club Championships if a forfeit occurs.
Division B/C/D/E:
Players are permitted a maximum TWO half-point byes, except in Rounds 8 and 9. All bye requests must be communicated before 6 pm on Saturday. Requests made after the deadline will be given as zero point byes.
